• Clients must provide accurate project information, clear access to the site, and necessary permissions.

• Service deliverables will be provided according to the description for each service.

Booking and Cancellations:

• Bookings must be confirmed through our website or authorized contact.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Fees may apply for late cancellations.

Liability:

• Miller Aerial Services is not responsible for any damages caused by clients’ failure to comply with instructions or provide accurate information.

• We maintain insurance for drone operations, but clients should ensure appropriate coverage for specific projects.

Intellectual Property:

All images, videos, and materials created by Miller Aerial Services remain the company’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
