Miller Aerial Services aims to deliver high-quality aerial services that meet client expectations. Our refund policy ensures clarity in case of cancellations or service issues:
 

Eligibility:
 

  • Refunds are available only for canceled bookings or undelivered services.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled service.


Exclusions:
 

  • Completed services, including drone photography or videography, are non-refundable.

  • Custom or tailored projects are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.


Process:
 

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
